Style Steal | Cara Delevigne

One of the many beautiful faces of Burberry and younger sister of girl-about-town Poppy, Cara Delevigne is one of Britain's rising fashion stars. Last week at a fashion party she demonstrated the art of effortless Autumn/Winter dressing, simply wearing black skinny jeans, a grey t-shirt and ankle boots and a statement Burberry green military style coat.

Cara is working two trends at once - military and colour. If you are going to opt for a coloured coat this winter, take a tip from Cara and layer over a monochrome outfit and team with black accessories. If you are leaning more towards the military trend, lace up ankle boots are the perfect complement.

Style Steal | Charlize Theron

For hosting a charity event Hollywood superstar Charlize Theron opted for a vintage inspired lace, sleeved dress which echoed Old Hollywood glamour. The lace Dior dress shows off her figure but retains a sophisticated elegance.

One of the new season arrivals at Yogoego.com is this long sleeved lace dress by Motel Rocks - a chic and elegant alternative to Charlize's designer choice.
Motel Rocks Damita Dress £48

Yogo Ego Stiletto Patent Court Shoes £28
Simple patent courts and a structured box clutch add a retro elegance to the look. For a more modern edge, try adding a pop of colour with a bright clutch, or toughen up the look with a studded bag. To elongate the legs and add a sixties twist to the outfit, wear dark coloured pumps with black opaque tights.

Style Steal | Olivia Palermo

City girl Olivia Palermo has one of the industry's most coveted closets, plus a clever knack for mixing high street and designer pieces. Whilst in our very own London town for SS12 Fashion Week, Olivia stepped out to the Mulberry show in a pretty, statement top by Mulberry teamed with super skinny Hudson jeans.

In order to dress up denim, opt for a very dark indigo wash and neutral, ladylike accessories to accent a girly statement top. At Yogoego HQ we are currently lusting after Hudson jeans for their figure flattering fit. We recommend the Carly Mid-Rise Straight Leg jean - a narrow fit which gives the impression of long, lean legs and is even more flattering in the dark blue St Martins wash.

Carly Mid-Rise Straight Leg Jean £182

Pick a feminine, elegant top to add elegance to the denim. Choosing a light colour, like the pink Olivia is wearing, balances the darkness of the jean. This light pink Yumi top is girly and pretty, and the gathered waist flatters the figure.

Yumi Lace Kafyan Style Top £38

Top the look off with neutral, chic accessories. Pointed toes are making a comeback thanks to the retro revival. Keep the look simple and graceful with a matching buckled clutch and a gold bangle.

Yogo Ego Stiletto Patent Court Shoe £28

Juno Napoli Snakeskin Effect Bag £25

The Saturdays' blonde bombshell Mollie King looked stunning this weekend as she made an appearance at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards. Dressed in a simple jersey knit vest dress she proved that accessorizing is key.

A tan waist belt is a versatile wardrobe staple, practical when worn with jeans and will flatter the figure and accentuate the waist when worn with a simple dress. The temperature is dropping quickly this month so if you're daring to bare your legs, perfect your transitional look with a pair of heeled ankle boots. Adding a couple of pieces of bold jewellery will add extra glamour to the look so opt for a statement necklace, earrings, or rings for a dinner or party outfit.

Top Trend | Leather Lapels

Dressing for work often takes the fun out of fashion, but by adding small details your work wardrobe can look chic and luxurious. Instead of wearing a plain blazer, try one with leather lapels such as this one from Selected Femme. It's elegant and perfect for layering over a shift dress or tailored trousers.

Selected Femme Leather Detail Blazer

The leather detailing adds a bit of rock chick glamour to the piece. The jacket would make a great party look teamed with skinny leather look leggings, sky-high heels and an embellished top.

Style Steal | Miranda Kerr

Supermodel Miranda Kerr is walking proof that sometimes less is more when it comes to fashion. Miranda looks effortlessly chic strutting around the jardins at Paris Fashion Week in a pair of leather shorts and a plain white tee, accessorized only with a structured satchel and a bold red lip to match a pair of red courts.

Although we may have seen the last of the hot summer sun, this look can be easily adapted for Autumn/Winter, just layer over the t-shirt with a light knit and add a smart coat. If it's too cold for bare legs, wear some black opaques - as a bonus they will make your legs look longer and slimmer - and swap the courts for a pair of heeled ankle boots. And don't forget to accessorize with a bold lip and oversized sunnies!
